"Thank-you so much for your expertise in solving the myriad of problems with my computer. It was a relief to deal with someone with both the relevant experience and the ability to give me confidence and a clear understanding of how to keep my computer problem-free. Your expertise and jargon-free approach were much appreciated.
Mrs DW"

"Thank you so much for restoring health to our very sick computer. You showed a great deal of patience with both me and the computer which had been seriously infeted with a Trojan and which I had left hoping that the problem would solve its self. My children who are studying for GCSEs and A levels desperately needed a fully functioning computer and eventually it just ground to a halt. When I did got round to calling you, you attended promptly and dealt with the problem in a very logical way. You explained to me what you were doing and you gave me good advice on how to prevent such problems occurring in the future. I would definitely recommend you to friends or colleagues for your expert service and advice.
Thank you once again.
BW"
